New Helpdesk Support System
 

In an effort to offer the highest quality customer support, we launched our brand new customer helpdesk system.

This change was necessary due to many different issues we had with the integrated support center in the customer’s portal. As well, this new system will greatly improve customer service to our customers.

From now on, the portal’s ticketing system will redirect to our new portal and is fully integrated to support our 24/7 support system.
